It is my personal duty to not cooperate with:

Animalistic cognitions, emotions, dreams, fantasies, speech, behaviors, belief systems and worldviews.

Violence

Unneccesary competiton

Aggression

Internalization of negative information

It is my personal duty to:

Practice happiness, serenity and contentment through prayer and meditation, contemplation and physical exercise

To act as a world citizen

To constantly evolve my personal character

To progress morally

To live an ethical life

To live by the principles of love, compassion, and nonviolence, towards everyone, every nation and every planet with life on it.
