To violently judge and condemn oneself is to violently judge and condemn others; to violently judge and condemn others is to violently judge and condemn oneself. To unconditionally accept love and forgive oneself is to unconditionally accept love and forgive others; to unconditionally accept love and forgive others is to unconditionally accept love and forgive oneself.
