Don’t idolize or demonize yourself or anyone else. For there is no perfectly good or perfectly bad individual or nation. In fact all individuals and nations are equally important. No thought felt action makes one good or bad. We simply behave in terms of our goals and when these goals are nonviolent then we can be happy for our own enhanced quantity and quality of life.
