The second possible cosmogenesis form is that of a supernatural creator, sustainer and perpetuator of the universe, we individuals and existence form and possibly a multiple number of cosmoi unto an infinite variety of cosmoi.
Some supernatural manifestations:
- God predetermines the universe.
- God creates the universe and lets it be.
- God creates the universe and intervenes through the laws of nature in life’s evolution on a planet or moon.
- God is the spontaneous flowing or unfolding of the universe. God is the universe.
- God is within everyone and everybody.

I think you have to distinguish between God and the universe otherwise you are referring to Taoism or Pantheism.
